These terms govern access to and use of the NTRIP Panel portal and the services provided by HAG, including the relationship with tenants/partners, administrators and end users linked to plans, credentials and licenses contracted in the environment.
By creating an account, accepting an invite, contracting a plan, confirming a postpaid license or using the portal, the user declares that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and the current Privacy Notice. Acceptance may be recorded electronically, with date, time, IP, document version and other audit elements.
The portal allows the management of accounts, administrative and operational accesses, NTRIP credentials, plans, rover licenses, mountpoint associations, charges and routines related to the corrections and connectivity service provided through the platform. The availability of features depends on the contracted plan and the applicable technical and commercial settings.
The tenant or partner administrator is responsible for keeping the business account's registration, financial and operational data correct, for controlling who receives invites and access and for answering for the contracts made on behalf of their organization. The end user is responsible for their credentials, for the accuracy of the data provided and for using the service within the limits of the linked plan or license.
Access credentials to the portal and the NTRIP environment are personal and non-transferable, except where the tenant's commercial or operational policy allows controlled sharing by an authorized team. The user must adopt reasonable security measures, including password confidentiality, and immediately report any suspicion of misuse or unauthorized access.
Plans and licenses may set limits on users, credentials, simultaneous rovers, validity periods, renewals, expiration, activation on first use, a future renewal queue and other rules presented in the portal or the commercial proposal. Use beyond the technical, commercial or contractual limits may lead to blocking, plan adjustment, additional charges, suspension or cancellation.
The amounts, terms, periods and billing methods applicable to the tenant or end user will be those informed at the time of contracting, license association or in the current commercial proposal. Postpaid licenses or plans should only be linked when there is express confirmation of the charge in the portal or by another valid commercial means. The issuance of payment slips, tax notes and other financial documents will follow the registration and tax data provided by the contracting party.
Access to the service may be suspended, restricted or canceled in case of default, violation of these terms, misuse, security risk, fraud, technical requirement, legal order or relevant operational need. Cancellations before activation may follow a no-charge policy when expressly indicated in the flow. After activation or billing, refund, discount or waiver depend on the applicable commercial rule and the assessment of the specific case.
When the contract constitutes a consumer relationship subject to applicable law, any rights of withdrawal, cancellation and clear information will be observed according to the legal framing of the operation and the nature of the contracted service, without prejudice to the specific provisions set out in a proposal, order or supplementary commercial instrument.
Unless a specific commercial instrument provides otherwise, the portal and service are made available on a commercially reasonable-effort basis, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, absence of failures or fitness for the user's specific purpose. Maintenance windows, third-party instabilities, connectivity, satellite, power, hardware, internet or local configuration failures may impact performance.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HAG is not liable for damages arising from misuse, configuration error, improper credential sharing, unavailability caused by third parties, loss of connectivity, user equipment failures, use outside technical specifications or an operational decision made solely on the information shown in the portal without additional technical validation.
The portal, its visual identity, code, structure, texts, flows, database and other elements associated with the service belong to or are licensed to HAG. It is not permitted to copy, resell, improperly exploit, decompile, circumvent security mechanisms or use the environment for an unlawful or unauthorized competitive purpose.
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, regulatory, operational, technical or commercial changes. When the change is relevant, the new version takes effect from its publication in the portal or from a specific communication, and a new acceptance may be required to continue certain operations.
Commercial, operational, financial or legal questions may be sent to contato@hag.ag. If there is a specific commercial instrument signed between the parties, it will prevail over these terms in whatever it expressly and specifically governs of the contractual relationship.
