This notice describes how HAG handles personal data in the NTRIP Panel portal, both in its relationship with tenants/partners and with end users linked to the service's plans and licenses.
HAG acts as the controller of the personal data processed in the context of the portal, support, commercial operation, billing and administration of accesses and licenses related to the service. This notice applies to data provided by tenants, administrators, partners, end users and operational or financial contacts.
We may process registration and identification data, such as name, email, phone, tax document and profile information; contractual and financial data, such as legal name, CPF/CNPJ, billing address, license history, billing and default status; and technical and usage data, such as access logs, IP, user-agent, acceptance events, linked credentials, telemetry and operational records required for authentication, security and auditing.
The data is processed to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, enable and administer plans, licenses, mountpoints and NTRIP credentials, issue and control charges, payment slips, tax notes and financial communications, provide support, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, keep audit trails, comply with legal, regulatory and tax obligations and exercise rights in administrative, arbitration or judicial proceedings.
Processing may take place, as applicable, based on the performance of a contract or preliminary procedures related to the contract, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, the regular exercise of rights, credit protection, legitimate interests related to the security, operation and continuity of the service and, when necessary, the data subject's consent.
Data may be shared, when necessary, with hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication, support and monitoring tools, financial and tax service providers, payment slip and tax note issuers, operational partners involved in service delivery and public authorities or oversight bodies when there is a legal or regulatory obligation or a valid order.
Data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this notice, meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and litigation-defense requirements. Acceptance records, authentication logs, contractual history and financial data may be kept for periods compatible with auditing, billing and compliance with legal obligations.
The data subject may request confirmation of the existence of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion where applicable, portability, information about sharing and review of any automated processing, subject to what the law allows and the technical and legal limits applicable to the service.
We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, communication or any form of improper or unlawful processing, without this representing an absolute guarantee of inviolability.
The portal may use authentication logs, technical identifiers, strictly necessary cookies and usage or telemetry records tied to the operation of the service, security, performance, auditing, diagnostics and support. The use of optional features, if any, will follow the appropriate legal basis.
