Este aviso descreve como HAG trata dados pessoais no portal NTRIP Panel, tanto na relação com parceiros quanto com usuários finais vinculados aos planos, credenciais e períodos de acesso do serviço.
HAG atua como controladora dos dados pessoais tratados no contexto do portal, do suporte, da operação comercial, do faturamento e da administração de contas, credenciais e períodos de acesso relacionados ao serviço. Este aviso se aplica a dados fornecidos por parceiros, administradores, usuários finais e contatos operacionais ou financeiros.
Podemos tratar dados cadastrais e de identificação, como nome, email, telefone, documento fiscal e informações de perfil; dados contratuais e financeiros, como razão social, CPF/CNPJ, endereço de cobrança, histórico de contratações, faturamento e inadimplência; e dados técnicos e de uso, como logs de acesso, IP, user-agent, eventos de aceite, credenciais vinculadas, telemetria e registros operacionais necessários para autenticação, segurança e auditoria.
Os dados são tratados para criar e manter contas, autenticar usuários, liberar e administrar planos, períodos de acesso, bases e credenciais NTRIP, emitir e controlar cobranças, boletos, notas fiscais e comunicações financeiras, prestar suporte, prevenir fraudes, investigar incidentes, manter trilhas de auditoria, cumprir obrigações legais, regulatórias e tributárias e exercer direitos em processos administrativos, arbitrais ou judiciais.
Processing may take place, as applicable, based on the performance of a contract or preliminary procedures related to the contract, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, the regular exercise of rights, credit protection, legitimate interests related to the security, operation and continuity of the service and, when necessary, the data subject's consent.
Data may be shared, when necessary, with hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication, support and monitoring tools, financial and tax service providers, payment slip and tax note issuers, operational partners involved in service delivery and public authorities or oversight bodies when there is a legal or regulatory obligation or a valid order.
Data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this notice, meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and litigation-defense requirements. Acceptance records, authentication logs, contractual history and financial data may be kept for periods compatible with auditing, billing and compliance with legal obligations.
The data subject may request confirmation of the existence of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion where applicable, portability, information about sharing and review of any automated processing, subject to what the law allows and the technical and legal limits applicable to the service.
We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, communication or any form of improper or unlawful processing, without this representing an absolute guarantee of inviolability.
The portal may use authentication logs, technical identifiers, strictly necessary cookies and usage or telemetry records tied to the operation of the service, security, performance, auditing, diagnostics and support. The use of optional features, if any, will follow the appropriate legal basis.
